Where do sessions take place?
In-person services are available in the Charlotte, NC area and can take place in apartment gyms, private homes, parks, or a rented space when needed. Online coaching and nutrition coaching are available virtually.
Do I need a lot of equipment?
Most sessions emphasize minimal equipment so the work stays accessible and practical. If specialized tools are helpful, Antoinette will discuss options during booking.
What should I expect in a first session?
You’ll share goals and movement history, then move through a guided session tailored to how you feel that day. Expect clear coaching, thoughtful pacing, and next-step recommendations.
How does online coaching work?
Online fitness coaching uses a recurring virtual model with programming and check-ins designed around your schedule, goals, and available space. Details are confirmed during booking and onboarding.
How do pricing and packages work?
Pricing depends on service type, location, and session format. Request availability through the booking flow and you’ll receive clear next steps before payment. Published package rates are confirmed during checkout handoff.
Is this medical treatment or physical therapy?
Sage Stretch Wellness provides fitness, mobility, and coaching services. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or physical therapy. If you have clinical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Can I book a group session for my community or workplace?
Yes. Group fitness sessions can be arranged for small groups in suitable Charlotte-area locations. Use the contact or booking form and note your group size and preferred setting.
